REMOVAL OF TOLL PLAZA AT KHERKI DAULA, NH-48
Questions :
Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS be pleased to state:
- whether the Kherki Daula Toll Plaza situated at the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway (NH-48) has completed its period for collection;
- if so, by when it would be removed;
- if not, when it is expected to be completed;
- whether Government is planning to audit this toll plaza’s fee collection since its inception; and
- if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS (SHRI NITIN JAIRAM GADKARI)
- to (c) Kherki Daula Toll plaza is situated on the Delhi-Gurgaon section of NH-48, Concession period of the same is completed & the section along with toll plaza has been transferred to NHAI with effect from 1st March 2023 in terms of provision of Concession
(d) & (e) No, the fee plaza is operational as Public funded plaza with effect from 1st March 2023 only.
