Question:
Will the Minister of CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS be pleased to state:
(a) the number of Government owned fertilizer plants functional in the country, the
details thereof;
(b) the total expenditure incurred by the Ministry towards fertilizers during the last
five years; and
(c) the details of the subsidy on fertilizers during the last five years, year-wise?”
